Smurfit ‘insulated’ from hard Brexit but still wants to see deal

Packaging giant Smurfit Kappa has said its UK businesses, including a Co Armagh factory for corrugated packaging, is largely insulated from the impact of a no-deal Brexit. Amcor Receives EC Approval for $6.8bn Merger with Bemis

Australian packaging company Amcor has received approval from the European Commission for the proposed $6.8bn merger with US-based flexible packaging major Bemis in an all-stock combination.
